Michael Rennie
Advisory Board
Michael founded McKinsey's organisation behaviour practice and the firm's leadership practice in the 1990s. He led McKinsey's relationship with Telstra for nearly 20 years, as well as with other technology and media companies, and led the team that founded Domain for Fairfax. Michael currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Livehire (ASX: LVH) and a Member of the Board of Directors of the NSW Environmental Protection Authority (EPA).
Tom Krulis

Tom is a passionate leader with over 29 years experience in the retailing industry, with an extensive background in retail starting on the shop floor and progressing to building several leading consumer retail businesses as an investor, board member and operator.
Martin Casey
Advisory Board
Martin is a corporate adviser and director with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments and venture capital having previously been a partner in an international law firm and an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Martin is a long-term adviser to Thorney Investment Group, a partner in Venture Capital technology firm Rampersand, a director and adviser to a number of tech and investment companies including Fortlake Asset Management, Anaeco Ltd and ADG Global Ltd.

Shanti Kumar
CEO
Shanti is a technology leader with a proven track record in digital transformation. Shanti has a cross-section of industry experience in retail, distribution, telecommunications, hospitality, and government. Prior to Awayco, Shanti held group management positions at Barcode, Stockland, and Accor Hotel Group.
Michael Langridge
Support Manager
Michael is a fan of customer service. A former airline technician turned to customer support to fulfil his passion. Michael formerly held positions with Barcode and Qantas Airlines.
Vincent Kow
Software Manager
Vincent has been a software programmer for the past two decades. Prior to Awayco, Vincent worked at Barcode and at software companies in Malaysia.
Aaron Meyer
Product Manager
Aaron has a diverse range of experience having worked with Deloitte, Everblu capital and Rio Tinto. Aaron has also held a product manager role with Prospa a Leading Australian FinTech. Aaron’s academic record and love of technology makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
Marlene Ducay
Call Centre Manager
Marlene has been helping customers for the past three years. Marlene loves dogs and rescues them from difficult situations. Prior to Awayco, Marlene worked at Barcode.
Milo Kael
Web Services Manager
Milo is a seasoned web programmer, specialising in eCommerce and graphic design. Milo loves WordPress and WooCommerce and is currently looking into ways to integrate Shopify to help our customers. Prior to Awayco, Milo worked at Barcode.
